越南Thich Gia Quang法师一行在驻俄大使馆举办佛诞庆典

据《VietNamNet Bridge》报道，2009年5月3日，越南Thich Gia Quang 法师一行在越南驻俄罗斯莫斯科大使馆举办了隆重仪式——庆祝佛陀诞生2553年。

驻俄越南大使馆发言人Bui Dinh Dinh表示：佛法宣传团的到访有利于改善在俄越南社区的精神生活。增进社区间的团结。

Thich Gia Quang 向与会大众开示了庆祝佛陀诞辰的重要性，他强调佛法是和平的、社会平等的，没有社会和种族歧视。

莫斯科越南佛教爱好者联络协会会长阮玉全胜说，俄罗斯的越南佛教爱好者会和祖国保持密切联系，尝试维系祖国特征。

据悉，佛诞节期间，Thich Gia Quang 正率领越南佛教僧伽中心委员会的一个代表团在东欧宣传佛法，俄罗斯是代表宣传团在东欧的最后一站。

Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Head of the Liaison Board of the Vietnamese Buddhism Lovers Association in Moscow, said that Vietnamese Buddhism lovers in Russia always keep close contact with their roots and try to maintain the national characteristics.
